Returns & Refunds

If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us within 7 days for an exchange or refund. Within the first 2 days of receipt of the item you may return it for full refund. Items returned within days 3-7 will incur a 25% restocking fee. Shipping charges and special orders are non-refundable. Returns must be authorized, include an RMA number, be in original condition and contain all original material. All software sales are final.

Warranty

All cameras are warranted against manufacturing defects for 1-3 years from date of purchase. Defects caused by misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, modifications, and unauthorized repairs are not covered by this warranty. Within the warranty period, Omni Business Solutions LLC will at our discretion repair or replace the product(s) without charge. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description herein, either to the merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Legal Status Of Products

It is the responsibility of the Purchaser, not Omni Business Solutions LLC, to determine and comply with all federal, state and local laws and regulations in regard to the purchase, possession and use of all products offered. When applicable, products sold may be subject to Public Law 90-351, Title III, 18 U.S.D., Section 2511. Purchaser assumes all liability or damage resulting from the use, misuse or unlawful use of any of the products offered. By placing an order, the Purchaser represents that he/she is of legal age to receive the products ordered and that the products will be used in a legal and lawful manner in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws. Audio is available to law enforcement personnel only.

Prepayment

Prepayment, in U.S. funds, is required by individuals and private industry and must include shipping charges. Acceptable forms of payment are money order, cashier check, business check, personal check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. Omni Business Solutions will appear on the credit card statement. Check orders will be shipped once the check clears the bank. Acceptable forms of payment for shipments outside the US or Canada are wire transfers only. Purchase orders are accepted from government and law enforcment agencies.

Shipping

Shipments inside the U.S.A will be made via UPS, Federal Express, Airborne Express. If requested by Purchaser, alternate shipping methods are available. Credit card orders will only be shipped to an address the credit card company has on file.

Sales Tax

Any orders shipped to destinations within Arizona must include applicable state tax, unless resale certificate is included.

Miscellaneous

All customer information is confidential and not released outside the company. All materials published on the Hidden Camera Solutions web site including, but not limited to, images, illustrations, text articles and drawings, are owned by Omni Business Solutions LLC and are protected by US copyright law (title 17, US Code). Users may not create derivative works from, modify, publish, transmit, transfer, sell, reproduce or distribute content without written consent of Omni Business Solutions LLC. All prices are subject to change without notice. By placing an order, the Purchaser signifies agreement to all Terms and Conditions.
